PAYMENT:

Payments are done via Invoice. Invoices are hosted via Square and are E-mailed.

These need to be paid and completed same day to ensure your date and supplies are secured.

Pick up Procedure:
We are a small crew and high risk. When you arrive please message us!

We have a PRIVATE STUDIO converted and verified through the state health department.

This is NOT ACCESSABLE to the public.
For now we only meet PUBLICLY for all PICK UP orders.  We do offer DELIVERY--Delivery fees apply.

Delivery Fees:

5 miles or less is free for any non complex cakes.

Wedding Delivery and setup starts at $65

These ranges are just examples. To get your rate contact us with your delivery location. Large or complex orders will change the delivery price.

Set up fees are additional to deliver fees. Set up depends on the individual order.

Documents:
We have our Business License and Insurance information available upon request of professional Venues, Event Coordinators and Market staff.

 

ALLERGIES:

NOTIFY US OF ANY AND ALL ALLERGIES. OUR FLOUR MIX IS LISTED IN FAQ PAGE. WE CAN HANDLE A GREAT DEAL OF ALLERGIES, WE ENSURE TO SANITIZE FOR ALL ORDERS, EXRA CARE FOR ALLERGIES. THERE ARE POSSIBILITIES OF CROSS CONTAMINATION SUCH AS: DAIRY, SOY, NUTS, CORN, OAT.

Rush Fee:

Rush fees maybe applied for orders less than 48 hours notice.

Rush fee may also be added if we are able o fit an order in after announcing we have sold out. 

Refund policy:
We do not offer refunds, if you need to reschedule or cancel you will be given a credit. If anything happens to the cake as if someone dropped the cake or it's left out and it melts once the cake leaves the baker or the bakery any issues are the customers responsibility.
Improper care of any dessert or cake is not grounds for a refund or credit.
If there is a legitimate cake or dessert issue let us know and we will work with you to give you a credit, any legitimate issue the dessert will need to be returned as close to whole to us the same day.
If you cancel your order and your order has already been made please speak with us, a partial credit may only be available, this maybe situational.

Re - Creation Policy:
We strive to ensure to bring your vision to cake reality. However, every artist has their own style and no 2 cakes are ever the same. If you have provided any inspirational photos, please know we will do our best to capture your request, in our own style.

Agreement:
By completing your invoice in payment you are agreeing to our safety, policies, and procedures.
